Here is the exact procedure:

1) You click on the "order now" link and fill out the required information.  We ask you to be as specific as you can while you describe what you have in mind for your new web site.  If it doesn't matter, or if you want to leave it up to us to make your site as functional as possible, then TELL US in that section.  When you are done filling out the form, simply click the "Submit" button.  At that point, you are finished and we take over.

2) We use the information you have provided us to set up your account through StartLogic.  This usually takes 2 - 3 business days and they will charge one year's hosting fees to your credit card equaling $70.50.  (The first year is at a discounted rate.  After the first year, the normal yearly price of your hosting fees is $90.00 - equaling $7.50 per month.)  If we have any questions during this three day period or need more information to setup your account, we will call you using the telephone numbers you have provided us.

3) After we get confirmation from StartLogic that your account is setup correctly, we will begin designing your site.  Again, we want to make sure you are getting the type of web site that will be the most beneficial to you, so if we have any further questions how you want your new web site designed, we will call you asking for further details.

4) We design the majority of our web sites using a combination of framed and non-framed pages.  We do this to make it easier on you if you wish to maintain your new web site yourself.  If you choose to take care of your new web site yourself, it can be easily handled through the "File Manager" and "Document Editor" provided free of charge by StartLogic.  This basic $500.00 plan does NOT include "thrills & frills" such as Flash programming, high-end JAVA or other unnecessary scripts that other companies enjoy incorporating into your site to raise the cost.  For those high-tech animated pictures and other unnecessary add-ons, we would have to charge you more also, and most of those features do nothing more than make the company that designs your web site look good.  However, we DO include important items such as a state-of-the-art message board and chat room if you so desire.  We can make your new web site purely informational (to enhance sales) so it needs little or no maintenance, or we can make it so you receive orders (and customer credit card information) through your E-Mail, or we can make it an entertainment web site, or a promotional web site (as for models, actors, etc.), or anything else you can imagine.  That is totally up to you, and these choices should be explained to the best of your ability on the simple informational order form that you will soon be filling out.  For ideas and more details, visit our Q&A page.
